At CoShade, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality smart shades and blinds. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Product Variations

Color, grain, and shade variations are inherent characteristics of all natural materials used in shades and blinds. We strongly recommend inspecting the material upon delivery to ensure you are satisfied with the natural variations. These variations are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a return.

Return Eligibility

Because all of our shades and blinds are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will accept returns for quality issues within 30 days of the original purchase date. Eligible quality issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Product is damaged or broken upon arrival.

  • Motor is not functioning or is defective.

  • Significant manufacturing defects affecting the product's functionality.

  • Incorrect product received (different from what was ordered).

  • Missing parts or components essential for operation.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in new, original packaging, and include all parts, components, and instruction manuals, if applicable. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact CoShade Customer Service within 30 days of purchase at support@coshadeus.com to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if the return is approved.

  3. Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the product to the address provided by Customer Service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package for its full value.  

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment received. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Custom Orders and Dimensions

Please verify all dimensions carefully before placing your order. Once a special order is placed and production begins, the dimensions of the customized shades or blinds cannot be changed. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Warranty

Our smart shades come with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our curtains come with a limited life time warranty against manufacturing defects.

If there are quality issues such as wrong size, wrong color or other problems due to our product errors, please contact us at any time and we will remake or otherwise modify the problem to your satisfaction.

If the size is incorrect due to inaccurate measurements, or if you need a different fabric, please contact us within 30 days. We offer one free exchange to ensure you get exactly what you need.
