You can select the desired curtain type, color, size, and smart control option on our website, then add it to your cart and complete the payment. If you have special requirements outside the listed items, you can contact our customer service for customization inquiries.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, and Afterpay. More payment methods may be added in the future.

We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. If we do not receive your response within 48 hours, we will proceed with production.

If your order has not yet been produced, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically require 3 - 5 days for production. Once completed, we will arrange for shipping. The shipping time depends on your delivery address and usually takes 7 - 14 days. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

You can contact us to change the delivery address before the order is shipped.

Note: Once an order has left our warehouse, the address cannot be changed.

  • Professional installation: If you are in Bay Area. You can choose our professional installation service at checkout, and our technicians will assist you.

Yes! Our smart curtains come with a 3-year limited warranty. If any quality issues arise within this period, we will provide free repairs or replacements.

  • What is covered
    We guarantee that our product will be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. Should the product be defective, CoShade will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
  • What is not covered
    This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (examples: normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, deterioration of operation mechanisms over time).
  • This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
  • This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Our smart curtains support multiple control options, including:

  • Voice control: Compatible with smart assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant for voice commands.
  • Remote control: A simple and convenient option for those who prefer not to use a smartphone or voice assistant.
  • Smart Phones: control over smart phone apps.
  • Manual: Curtains can be manually operated in case of a power outage

Our smart curtains support both wired and wireless power options:

  • Wired power: Requires a direct power connection, ideal for fixed installations.
  • Wireless power: Built-in rechargeable battery, perfect for windows where wiring is inconvenient. Some models also support solar charging for energy efficiency.

Yes, our smart curtains support scheduled opening and closing, allowing you to set specific times via the smart assistant (smartphone or voice assistant) for automated operation.

Our smart curtains use low-noise motors, with operation noise controlled below 35 dB, ensuring minimal disturbance.

Our curtains use dustproof, waterproof, or UV-resistant coatings, making them suitable for various environments, including kitchens and bathrooms.

You can clean the curtains by using a vacuum cleaner or wiping them with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Some fabrics are machine washable, so please refer to the product manual or contact us for specific cleaning instructions.

After-Sale Service

Please contact us and provide photos if possible. We will help you resolve the issue or send replacements.

If you received the wrong product or if the product was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department for assistance. We will offer a replacement with the correct specifications.

If you made a mistake in selecting the color or dimensions, we can offer a replacement with the correct specifications. However, since our products are custom-made, there may be an additional charge depending on the changes. We kindly ask our customers to double-check their orders as custom products cannot be resold.
