• Fabric Swatches – See and feel the fabric before you buy. We offer complimentary swatches to help you find the perfect match.
• Expert Advice – Our design specialists are here to assist you with measuring your windows and selecting the most suitable collection.
• Flexible Returns – Reasonable return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Note: Returns based on fabric selection are not accepted if fabric samples were declined or not requested after purchase.
• Easy Installation Support – We provide clear, step-by-step installation instructions. Proper care during installation is important to avoid damage to fabrics or mechanisms.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of our custom curtains and shades. All CoShade curtains are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, and our motorized or manual shades include a 3-year warranty, depending on the product.
What’s Covered
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• If a defect is found, CoShade will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item at no charge.
What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear (including fading from sunlight, fraying, discoloration, or mechanism wear over time).
• Damage from improper installation, accidents, misuse, pets, insects, or water exposure.
• Alterations or repairs not performed by CoShade.
• Obsolescence of products due to discontinued materials or hardware.
• Products not originally purchased by the warranty claimant (non-transferable).
How to Request Warranty Service
Please email support@coshadeus.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect
Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps promptly.
Care Instructions
• For products made from 100% natural fabrics (like linen), shrinkage may occur. These are labeled as unwashable and should not be machine washed.
• For machine-washable curtains:
• Use cold water and place curtains in a laundry bag
• Do not tumble dry; air dry naturally
• Our high-temperature shaping ensures curtains stay smooth after washing
