Cancellation Policy

For All Products (Excluding Made-to-Order Items)

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or within 8 hours of payment confirmation, whichever comes first. Once an order has been shipped, you will be notified with the carrier name and tracking number.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Made-to-Order Products

Once production has begun, or if more than 8 hours have passed since payment confirmation, any request to change the size or cancel the order will incur a 50% fee of the product price.

Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Samples

Samples are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Additional Notes

Each transaction is subject to a non-refundable 6% processing fee due to charges imposed by our payment platform and the high-value nature of our products. This fee will not be refunded in cases of immediate cancellations without a valid reason, as part of our fraud prevention policy.
